How to Set Up & Process ACH Debit Payments on Scale Selling (CRM)
🔹 Step 1: Connect a Payment Processor (Stripe)
✅ Go to GHL Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
✅ Connect Stripe (if not already connected)
✅ Ensure ACH Payments are enabled in your Stripe settings
• Log in to Stripe → Settings → Payment Methods
• Enable ACH Direct Debit
🔹 Step 2: Create an ACH Payment Form in GHL
✅ Go to Payments → Payment Links
✅ Click “Create New Payment Link”
✅ Select ACH Payment as the payment method
✅ Enter payment details & invoice details
✅ Enable “Auto-Collect” if needed for recurring payments
🔹 Step 3: Automate ACH Billing with Workflows
✅ Go to Automations → Create a New Workflow
✅ Trigger: “Payment Received” or “Invoice Sent”
✅ Action: Send Invoice & ACH Payment Link
✅ Add Email & SMS Reminders for unpaid ACH invoices
🔹 Step 4: Manually Process ACH Debit Payments (If Needed)
✅ Go to Payments → Transactions
✅ Select the client’s invoice
✅ Click Charge via ACH
✅ Enter the client’s bank details & authorization

✅ Go to Payments → Transactions → ACH Pending or Processed
✅ Track successful, failed, or pending ACH payments
